Chairman prize for Katharina Holzweber

As part of the 36th International Symposium "Dynamical Properties of Solids" in Cracow Katharina Holzweber received the chairman prize for the best student's presentation on subject involving liquids and solids.

 

In her presentation "beam-induced atomic motion in oxide glasses" she explained recent scientifc results on beam-triggered atomic dynamics in diverse materials that are currently studied by her group via synchrotron-radiation.
